Join us for a special four course dinner with Cigars, Bourbon and Rye! The dinner includes a wonderful dinner paired with bourbons, rye and two cigars.

First Course

Hudson Duck breast, torched barrel bourbon apples, Madagascar vanilla paired with The Flying Penny Paper Plane bourbon

Second Course

Slow roasted bone marrow, grana Padano toast, candies hickory lardon bacon paired with Milam & Greene single barrel bourbon.

Third Course

Berkshire pork 2-way braised pork belly & crispy guanciale, pickle onion paired with Noble oak rye.

Fourth Course

Mohawk farms (Goshen CT) Bison strip steak port wine reduction, pommes maxim paired with Three cord amplify Rye

Event will be held under the Keg Tent. Advanced reservations are required, so please call (860) 852-5444. We expect this event will sell out early.

Priced at $117 per person plus tax and gratuity.
