Spanish Tapas for Two

Indulge in a culinary experience as you join us for a gourmet Spanish Tapas for Two Dinner (single reservations are also available).
Chef has prepared a special Spanish Tapas Dinner: 5 course meal with cocktail and wine pairing.
First Course
Charcuterie Board – Jamon Iberico (ham), Chorizo Picante (spicy) Cheeses: Manchego (sheep), Valdeon Blue (cow and sheep), Camembert Soft (cow), Served with Cranberries, Membrillo (prune), Almonds and Baguette
Wine – Andalusia: Sherry, lemon-lime soda, fresh mint
Second Course
Patatas Bravas & Pulpo – Spanish octopus, crispy potatoes, salsa brava, pimentón, garlic aioli
Cocktail – Botanical Gin & Tonic: Gin Mare, tonic, basil, peppercorn, mint, lemon and lime garnish
Third Course
Montados Bistec – Marinated Hanger Steak, Garlic aioli, Chimichurri, Toasted Baguette.
Wine – Refrescante: Blended Red Wine, Coca-Cola and orange peel (optional)
Fourth Course
Gambas al Ajillo – Baby Shrimp in a lemon garlic-butter sauce, Grilled sourdough
Wine – Spanish Cava
Dessert
Churros con chocolate: Cinnamon sugar dust, chocolate sauce
Wine – Cinnamon Sangria
